- Tone Bank - load all Tones

- FOR JUNO-1

- * System Exclusive must be enabled
- every time the instrument is turned on
- To do this hit the MIDI button 6 times
- and turn the alpha dial to enable

- * To load the Tone Bank:
- - double click on the driver to start it
- - press the "Data Transfer - Bulkd Dump"
- (Number 1) button
- - Midi Quest will receive the data

- * To load a Single Tone
- - double click on the Patch driver
- - press any of the following keys:
- Group, Bank, or Number
- - Midi Quest will receive a patch
-
- * To send a Tone Bank (computer->Juno)
- - press both the "Data Transfer" and
- and Bulk Load (#2) buttons then press
- - press the Send button

- * Warning 1: Patch names will not be
- received by the Juno if it is set in
- editing mode

- * Warning 2: While editing, patch changes
- do not appear on the front panel display!

- FOR MKS-50:

- * For full operation, a number of
- parameters must be enabled every time
- the instrument is turned on
- - in the TUNE/MIDI menu, ensure that
- all APR parameters are on:
- - TX TONE APR = ON
- - TX PATCH APR = ON
- - TX C.M. APR = ON

- * To load the Tone Bank:
- - double click on the driver to start it
- - press the DATA TRANSFER button
- - press the WRITE button
- - press the BULK DUMP button
- OR
- - press the WRITE button in TONE
- Bulk Dump Mode

- * To load the Tone:
- - Transmitted if EXCL in the MIDI
- function is on
- - Transmitted when the Group, Bank,
- or Number is changed
- OR
- - Transmitted if EXCL in the TONE
- MIDI function is on and TX TONE
- APR in the TUNE/MIDI function is on
- - Transmitted when the Group, Bank,
- or Number is changed
